2021年4月2日に台湾東部地域で発生した列車事故の報に接し、大変心を痛めております。

It was with great sadness that we learned about the tragic news of the train crash in eastern Taiwan on April 2, 2021.

The Resilience Research and Education Promotion Consortium offers our sincere condolences to the families, friends and the extended communities of the victims of this terrible accident, and sends out our heartfelt wishes for a speedy recovery for all the injured.

We extend to the people of Taiwan our warmest thoughts and sincere wishes for peace and solace during this difficult time.
